1. Customer who requires an e-invoice must fill up the form in this link > E-INVOICE FORM

2. Below are the requirements to get an e-invoice: –

i. The request must be made in within TWO (2) days from receipt purchase.

ii. For the invoice number field, customers are required to include the invoice number. For example, 20250101/1016/002/0001

iii. The actual receipt of purchase is provided as proof of purchase.

iv. The required customer information is provided.
