- Customer who requires an e-invoice need to fill up the form.
- Below are the requirements to get an e-invoice:
- The request must be made in within TWO (2) days from receipt purchase.
- For the invoice number field, customers are required to include the invoice number. For example, 20250101/1001/600/0001.
- The actual receipt of purchase is provided as proof of purchase.
