• Interior Design Planning for new store opening or upgrading work at existing stores
  • To work closely with design consultant, merchandiser and store operation on interior design works
  • To liaise with contractors and suppliers, control and ensure that the project is on schedule and within the budget
  • Site checking and follow up with requisition from related department
  • Strong analytical skills with good interpersonal and communication skills
  • To liaise and handle meetings with Clients/Contractors/Merchandiser in a professional manner
  • Overall project management including client relationship and vendor management, and managing the project Schedule, Budget and Quality
  • Responsible for budget control and ensure its compliance with company requirement
  • Any other ac-hoc assignment will be assigned as and when required.


  • Diploma / Degree in relevant field or equivalent
  • Minimum of 2 to 3 years' working experience in similar capacity
  • Knowledge of planning software such as Auto CAD
  • End-to-end management of projects including all aspects of Project Planning, Project Implementation, Project Control, and final delivery of projects meeting the expectations of Time, Quality and within Budget
  • Monitor the budget on project basis and to ensure projects are within or accordance to the budgeted amount
  • With good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Able to work odd hours and travel extensively
  • Applicants must be willing to work in Subang Jaya
  • Applicants should be Malaysian citizens or hold relevant residence status
