Responsibilities:

  • Assist customers with their enquiries.
  • Conduct product demonstrations. 
  • Conduct product testing.
  • Assist customers with delivery arrangemet - prepare paperwork and send product to Receiving Yard.
  • Study details on new product 
  • Communicate with supplier or promoter for further details on products. 
  • Prepare sales area - clean, replenish and prepare for opening. 
  • Check for product price accuracy. 
  • Prepare Easy to Choose Point-of Purchase. 
  • Prepare item for repair and returning. 
  • Strapping items. 
  • Prepare department for inventory and cycle count. 

Requirements:

  • Minimum SPM (Fresh graduates are encourage to apply) 
  • Ability to converse fluently in English and Bahasa Melayu
  • Wiling to work on a shift basis/ weekend/ public holidays
  • Able to work independently and as a team player
  • Friendly, outgoing and dedicated to outstanding customer service
