Responsibilities:

  • To keep fresh products to suggested storage (cold storage or chillers).
  • To process products in according to the processing standard (for salad bar, bakery and pastry).
  • To make product according to recipes and production plan.
  • Develop my supplier base to achieve competitive advantage.
  • To manage fresh products in display area, to check products condition and display area.
  • To pack and label products according to pack & label rules.
  • To check price card and price changing for fresh products.
  • To check price card and price changing for fresh products.
  • To keep the cleanliness of display area, working area and personal hygiene.
  • To clean work or display area according to hygiene standard.
  • To check price card and price changing for fresh products.
  • To clean assets and equipment according to hygiene standard
  • Undertake and perform all/any other duty/task which may be assigned to you by your immediate supervisor, Line Manager and/or Function Head.
  • Prepare Stock Card and Production Card
  • Prepare item Price To Reduce
  • Prepare department ready for monthly inventory

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Primary/Secondary School/SPM/"O" Level, Higher Secondary/STPM/"A" Level/Pre-U, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Food & Beverage Services Management or equivalent.
  • At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Preferably Non-Executives specializing in Food/Beverage/Restaurant Service or equivalent
