1.1 Peraduan ini akan dikendalikan berdasarkan terma dan syarat yang dinyatakan di sini serta butiran peraduan (secara kolektif dirujuk sebagai “Terma & Syarat”).
Dengan menyertai peraduan ini, peserta dianggap telah membaca, memahami, dan bersetuju untuk mematuhi semua terma dan syarat yang dinyatakan.
1.2 Peraduan “Belanja dan Menang AEON BiG” (selepas ini dirujuk sebagai “Peraduan”) dianjurkan oleh AEON BiG (M) Sdn. Bhd. dan Blueshark Ecosystem Sdn Bhd (selepas ini dirujuk sebagai “Penganjur”), yang bertanggungjawab sepenuhnya atas pelaksanaan dan pengurusan Peraduan ini.
1.3 Tertakluk kepada Klausa 1.4, peraduan ini terbuka kepada semua warganegara Malaysia.
1.4 Peraduan ini tidak terbuka kepada pekerja Penganjur, pekerja pengedar, agensi pengiklanan, dan agensi promosi jualan Penganjur, serta ahli keluarga terdekat mereka.
1.5 Semua butiran peribadi yang dikemukakan mestilah tepat dan lengkap serta boleh dibuktikan jika diperlukan oleh Penganjur. Penganjur berhak pada bila-bila masa untuk mengesahkan kesahihan mana-mana penyertaan dan membatalkan penyertaan yang tidak mematuhi Terma & Syarat ini atau yang mengganggu proses penyertaan.
Data peribadi yang diberikan dalam Peraduan ini akan dikumpulkan dan diuruskan mengikut dasar privasi Penganjur.
2.1 Peraduan ini akan berlangsung dari 7 Mac 2025 sehingga 30 April 2025 (“Tempoh Peraduan”). Sebarang penyertaan yang dihantar di luar tempoh ini tidak akan diterima.
2.2 Pemenang akan diumumkan pada 8 Mei 2025.
3.1 Untuk layak menyertai peraduan, peserta mesti membuat pembelian minimum RM80.00 dalam satu resit di mana-mana cawangan AEON BiG sepanjang tempoh peraduan.
3.2 Peluang untuk menang meningkat bagi peserta yang membuat pembelian lebih kerap sepanjang tempoh kempen.
3.3 Peserta dikehendaki menghantar bukti pembelian yang sah melalui proses berikut:
(a) Penghantaran Resit: Peserta mesti mengimbas dan memuat naik imej resit pembelian yang jelas melalui laman web www.myaeonbig.com.my dalam tempoh peraduan.
(b) Maklumat Peribadi: Peserta mesti memberikan butiran yang tepat dan lengkap, termasuk:
3.4 Resit yang tidak lengkap, tidak jelas, palsu, atau diduplikasi akan dianggap tidak sah dan akan dibatalkan mengikut budi bicara AEON BiG.
4.1 Pemenang akan ditentukan berdasarkan kekerapan pembelian yang layak sepanjang tempoh peraduan.
4.2 Pemilihan pemenang adalah atas budi bicara mutlak Penganjur. Semua keputusan yang dibuat adalah muktamad, mengikat, dan tidak tertakluk kepada sebarang rayuan atau pertikaian. Sebarang bentuk surat-menyurat tidak akan dilayan.
4.3 Pemenang akan dihubungi oleh pihak Penganjur. Setelah pemenang diumumkan, pemenang mesti menebus hadiah pejabat urusan Blueshark Ecosystem Sdn Bhd.
5.1 Hadiah akan diumumkan pada 8 Mei 2025.
Hadiah yang ditawarkan dalam Peraduan ini adalah seperti berikut:

5.2 Hadiah adalah terhad kepada jumlah yang dinyatakan di atas dan akan diberikan atas budi bicara Penganjur berdasarkan kelayakan dan pematuhan terhadap Terma & Syarat Peraduan.
5.3 Hadiah tidak boleh dipindah milik, tidak boleh dikembalikan, dan tidak boleh ditukar dengan wang tunai atau barangan lain.
6.1 Tertakluk kepada undang-undang dan peraturan yang berkenaan, Penganjur berhak sepenuhnya untuk mengubah, membatalkan, atau menarik balik Terma & Syarat ini pada bila-bila masa tanpa sebarang notis.
6.2 Jika atas sebarang sebab, Peraduan tidak dapat dijalankan seperti yang dirancang—termasuk tetapi tidak terhad kepada jangkitan virus komputer, kegagalan rangkaian, penggodaman, campur tangan tanpa kebenaran, penipuan, masalah teknikal, atau sebarang faktor di luar kawalan Penganjur—Penganjur berhak untuk membatalkan, menamatkan, mengubah suai, atau menggantung Peraduan, atau membatalkan mana-mana penyertaan yang terjejas.
6.3 Penganjur berhak untuk membatalkan penyertaan yang tidak lengkap, tidak jelas, rosak, atau lewat secara automatik atau jika kesahihan penyertaan diragui.
6.4 Penganjur boleh membatalkan penyertaan mana-mana individu dan melarang penyertaan selanjutnya dalam Peraduan sekiranya didapati individu tersebut telah mengganggu proses penyertaan atau pelaksanaan Peraduan, melanggar Terma & Syarat, atau bertindak secara tidak wajar.
6.5 Sebarang penyertaan yang mengandungi kandungan yang dianggap tidak sesuai oleh Penganjur—termasuk tetapi tidak terhad kepada kandungan yang tidak senonoh, tidak sah, atau tidak sesuai dalam bentuk teks dan/atau gambar—akan dibatalkan serta-merta dan peserta tersebut tidak layak untuk memenangi sebarang hadiah.
6.6 Penganjur berhak untuk menggantikan mana-mana hadiah dengan hadiah lain yang mempunyai nilai yang sama tanpa sebarang notis.
6.7 Penganjur berhak untuk memilih pemenang alternatif (berdasarkan kriteria dalam Seksyen 4 ‘Pemilihan Pemenang’) sekiranya terdapat alasan munasabah untuk mempercayai bahawa pemenang asal telah melanggar mana-mana bahagian Terma & Syarat ini.
6.8 Penganjur boleh meminta peserta mengesahkan mana-mana atau semua penyertaan mereka atau memberikan maklumat tambahan untuk membolehkan pengesahan penyertaan sebelum layak menerima sebarang hadiah.
6.9 Dengan menerima hadiah, pemenang bersetuju untuk memberikan kebenaran kepada Penganjur dan agensinya untuk menggunakan nama, penyertaan, dan/atau gambar mereka untuk tujuan publisiti, pengiklanan, dan/atau promosi perdagangan tanpa sebarang bayaran, kebenaran tambahan, atau notis.
6.10 Sebarang pertanyaan boleh diajukan ke AEON BiG Customer Careline di 1300-80-2366.
1.1 This Contest will be governed by these terms and conditions and details of the contest (collectively referred to as the “Terms & Conditions”).
By participating in this contest, participants are deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to abide by all the terms and conditions set forth herein.
1.2 “AEON BiG Spend and Win” Contest (hereinafter referred to as the “Contest”) is organised by AEON BiG (M) Sdn. Bhd. and Blueshark Ecosystem Sdn Bhd (hereinafter referred to as the “Organiser”), which is solely responsible for the execution and management of the Contest.
1.3 Subject to Clause 1.4, the Contest is open to all citizens of Malaysia.
1.4 The Contest is not open to the employees of the Organiser, or to employees of the distributor, advertising and sales promotion agencies of the Organiser, and their immediate family members.
1.5 All personal details submitted must be accurate and complete and subject to proof at the request of the Organiser. The Organiser reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of any entry and to disqualify any entry that does not comply with these Terms & Conditions or that interferes with the entry process. Personal data provided in connection with this Contest shall be collected and managed in accordance with the Organiser’s privacy policy.
2.1 The contest will run from 7 March 2025 to and ending on 30 April 2025 (“Contest Period”). Any entries submitted outside of this Contest Period will not be accepted.
2.2 Winners will be announced on 8 May 2025.
3.1 To be eligible for participation, individuals must make a minimum purchase of RM80.00 in a single receipt at any AEON BiG outlet within the contest period.
3.2 The likelihood of winning increases for participants who make frequent purchases throughout the campaign period.
3.3 Participants are required to submit valid proof of purchase through the following process:
a) Receipt Submission: Participants must scan and upload a clear image of their purchase receipt via www.myaeonbig.com.my within the specified contest period.
b) Personal Information: Participants must provide accurate and complete details, including:
3.4 Incomplete, illegible, fraudulent, or duplicated receipts will be deemed invalid and disqualified at the sole discretion of AEON BiG.
4.1 Winners will be determined based on the frequency of their eligible purchases made during the contest period.
4.2 The selection of winners is at the sole discretion of the Organiser. All decisions made are final, binding, and not subject to any form of appeal, challenge, or dispute. No correspondence will be entertained.
4.3 Winners will be contacted by the Organiser. Winners must redeem their prize from at the headquarters of Blueshark Ecosystem Sdn Bhd.
5.1 Prizes will be announced on 8 May 2025.

5.2 Prizes are limited to the quantities stated above and will be awarded at the sole discretion of the Organiser based on eligibility and compliance with the Contest Terms & Conditions.
5.3 Prizes are non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other items.
6.1 Subject to applicable laws and regulations, the Organiser may at its absolute discretion modify, annual or rescind these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.
6.2 If for any reason, any aspect of the Contest is not capable of running as planned, including by reason of infection by computer virus, network failure, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures or any causes beyond the control of the Organiser which corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the Contest, the Organiser reserves the right at its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Contest, or invalidate any affected entries.
6.3 The Organiser reserves the right to disqualify incomplete, illegible, disfigured or late entries automatically or when authenticity of an entry is questionable.
6.4 The Organiser may at its sole discretion, disqualify any entries and prohibit further participation in the Contest by any person whom the Organiser reasonably believes has tampered with the entry process or with the operation of the Contest or who has acted in violation of these Terms and Conditions or in a disruptive manner or for any other reason.
6.5 Any participant who submits an entry or other material or information which the Organiser reasonably considers is inappropriate for any reason whatsoever, including but not limited to obscene, illicit or otherwise inappropriate written and/or photo content will be disqualified from the Contest and will not be eligible to win any prizes.
6.6 The Organiser reserves the right to substitute any prize of similar value without prior notice.
6.7 The Organiser reserves the right to select an alternative winner (based on the criteria in section 5 ‘Winner Selection’ above) in the event the Organiser has reasonable grounds for believing that a selected winner has contravened any part of these Terms & Conditions.
6.8 The Organiser may require participants to validate any one or all of their entries in the Contest or to provide more information to allow the Organiser to verify the participants’ entries, at any time during the Contest prior to being eligible to receive any prize.
6.9 Acceptance of a prize constitutes permission for the Organizer and its agencies to use the relevant winner’s name, entry and/or photograph for purposes of publicity, advertising and/or trade without further compensation, approval or notice.
